What documents should I bring with me to my personal injury lawyer consultation?
You should bring items, including any accident report, photographs of the accident scene and your injuries, all insurance information, including your health insurance, Medicare and Medicaid cards, anything you received from the at-fault party’s insurance carrier, and witness statements and contact information. If there are items that we need that you do not have, we will help you get them or get them for you.
