What should I bring to the consultation with my attorney after a car accident?
The accident report, photographs of the vehicles involved in the accident, photographs of the accident scene, and photographs of your injuries. Your car insurance policy and declarations page, any documentation you received from the at-fault party’s insurance company, and witness names and contact information. If there are items that we need that you do not have, we will help you get them or get them for you.
