Are all on-the-job injuries covered by workers’ compensation in Florida?
If your employer has four or more employees, or if you work in the construction industry, yes, those injuries are covered by workers’ compensation. There’s a few exceptions. For example, if you’re injured due to horseplay, or if you are intoxicated, those injuries would not be covered.
